2-on-1 and 3-on-1 options is where one of our coaches will train you and your training partner(s) all at one time. 2-on-1 and 3-on-1 sessions are individualized, so this means you may not be doing all the same program, depending on your goals, level of experience/fitness, injuries/conditions, you may be on your own program entirely. Training with a friend is great because it is more cost effective and it allows a supportive and motivating training environment.
